Actuellement Consultante en ergonomie, je débute ma carrière dans les vols habités et participe à des missions sur la station ISS. Depuis 2012, je centre mon activité sur le spiritueux et travaille avec des maisons implantées en Martinique, à Cognac et à Epernay. J’accompagne ces maisons à prendre en compte le facteur humain dans leur projet de conception. En replaçant le facteur humain comme un enjeu de performance, ces maisons visent à rendre acteur du système leurs salariés. Cet enjeu favorise le bien être au travail et l’engagement des hommes et des femmes afin de préserver leur santé au travail. En centrant le facteur humain dans leurs projets les entreprises créent des espaces d’innovations garantissent leur performance.

Currently an ergonomics consultant, I started my career in human space flights and participated in missions on the ISS station. Since 2012, I have been focusing my activity on spirits and working with houses located in Martinique, Cognac and Epernay. I help these houses take the human factor into account in their design project. By replacing the human factor as a performance issue, these houses aim to turn their employees into actors in the system. This issue increases the well-being at work and the commitment of men and women to preserve their health at work. By centering the human factor in their projects, companies create spaces for innovation that guarantee their performance.
